OH MY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THIS IS SO MUCH FUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Did all of my exclamation points get my point across???
I am so excited because this
was the funnest workout EVER!
A little bit about me...I DO NOT
like to work out. I usually start
to enjoy a good workout about
15 minutes into it, but by the
time I'm 20 minutes into it, I'm
feeling like I'm done.I have a
huge library of workout DVD's,
a my gym, a punching,bag,
weights, etc... and though I like
to use them from time to time,
I'm not consistant.
My favorite workouts are
Turbo Jam and Hip Hop Abs,
but Rockin Body totally smokes
those! I even got my husband to
do a workout with me tonight
and it was a blast. They have
different dance workouts
on the DVD's and here is a clip
of one of my favorites,
DISCO GROOVE. WARNING!I
don't know what is up with the
camera guy and the girl in the
ugly red pants, but the over all
clip is pretty good. Sean T is so energetic and funny!!! If you
haven't tried this you have to! My husband and I are going to
learn this dance found on the Hip Hop Abs workout DVD and
bust a move at the next family reunion. LOL~ Our kids will be
so embarrassed!
So, now that I have totally fallen in love with working out and
I'm learning how to dance, (which I totally stink at), I
am addicted. My goal is to loose 10 pounds before quilt
market. Why... I don't know, but it's a date that Is coming
up and I wouldn't mind loosing 10 pounds fast. Hee hee! I
have had a terrible diet lately from staying up late sewing
and eating a lot of junk food and I feel pretty crappy.
Having said that, I thought it would be fun to do this:
I know that many of you who read my blog are going to
be at market, SO the first person to come up to me and
say "Hows it Rockin?" will win a prize. The prize is going
to be a good one...so make sure you remember the phrase!
AND the first 10 people to tell me I look like I have lost some
weight will get a free pattern. Even if you have never seen
me before and don't know if I have lost weight or not,say
it anyways because it will make my day:)
I just found this HIp Hop Abs You Tube clip with Ellen
DeGeneres and it is pretty funny!!! Now, if you think
the moves are kind of funky....Well, they kind of
are and I am not that kind of girl, but hey! Nobody's
watching:)
